This pastry shop is run by two brothers from the restaurant and pastry industry, the two brothers had already opened the Food Court “La Commune”. The Commune is a place of conviviality where warmth and culinary discovery come together.

Their goal was to open a pastry shop with a single product concept (production and marketing of only one product) while offering their customers this product with lots of different flavors.

Today they offer all types of lighting, there is something for everyone whether it is sweet eclairs but also savory eclairs. For their creations, they use exceptional raw materials such as Matcha Tea, lemon caviar and pandanus herbs.
